Veterinary Medicine

I spent considerable time during the early days of the global COVID-19 pandemic reflecting on how I wanted to spend my days. It was no surprise to those around me when I found myself back in veterinary medicine and completed an online veterinary technician program in record time. I became a certified veterinary technician in the state of Oregon in early 2022 and completed the prerequisite coursework to apply to Oregon State's DVM program in the Winter of 2024. I am on the waitlist for Oregon State's DVM program for the 2024 start.

It is difficult to describe my interests in veterinary medicine as distinct entities because they are all interconnected and support the others.
